Instant Tune compares an uploaded full read with finished tuning projects of the same software version. When a matching project is found, the changes of that project are transferred to your file and offered as individual solutions: performance stages, deactivation of OPF, EGR, DPF or AdBlue functions, DTC removal, Pop and Bang, hard cut and launch control, depending on what exists for your software.
The result is delivered as a ZIP archive with one file per solution and a combined file. Solutions that make sense as switchable maps can be handed over to the MG1 Multifile Tool directly, so a Stage 1 or Pop and Bang file becomes a selectable map in the car.
Instant Tune needs a complete read of the control unit. Partial reads and files that only contain the calibration area are recognised and cannot be processed.
