Pop and Bang for ME7.x

This tool adds a Pop and Bang function to Bosch ME7.x control units. On lift-off the ignition is retarded for a configurable time, which produces the typical crackle from the exhaust. Ignition angle and duration are set in the tool, so the effect can be tuned from a subtle burble to a hard bang.

The function can be assigned to a map of the ME7 Mapswitch, so it is only active in the selected map. Pop and Bang increases the thermal load on the exhaust and catalytic converter; use it responsibly.
