Pop and Bang for MED9

The MED9 Pop and Bang works in two stages that can be activated independently, for example a soft variant for everyday use and a hard variant for track days. A speed limit prevents the function from working below a configurable speed. The patched maps are delivered together with a mappack that can be imported into WinOLS for further adjustment.
